All products available on Volaia are offered for national and international shipping. These products are EXCLUSIVE and UNIQUE to Volaia. Our processing and packaging time ranges from 1 to 5 business days, after which the delivery typically takes 3 to 12 business days (on average) depending on the destination. Shipping is completed within 10 business days after payment confirmation in our system.
We provide a tracking number for customers to follow their order's delivery progress.
Attention: In certain cases, delivery times may be extended due to delays, strikes, holidays, or periods of high demand with the postal service—situations beyond our control.
We guarantee the delivery of your order and take full responsibility for reimbursing the total amount paid for any products that are lost or damaged during shipping. All products are shipped with insurance against loss and include free tracking via the internet. Your delivery is 100% guaranteed.
1. Insured Shipping
In case of delays, if the product is not delivered within 50 business days from the date of shipment, the total paid amount will be fully refunded.
2. Order Tracking
Products will be shipped via Correios (Brazil’s national postal service) or another carrier. A tracking number will be provided to allow the customer to track the delivery progress. Volaia will guide you on how to track your order.
Tracking codes are typically provided 3 to 7 business days after payment is confirmed. Please note that it may take 5 to 10 days for the tracking information to appear on the tracker website.
3. General Terms and Conditions (Important)
3.1. Address Verification
Volaia will ship products to the address specified by the customer. To avoid delivery issues, please make sure the shipping address is entered correctly when completing your order.
3.2. Recipient Unavailable
Please ensure someone will be available to receive the delivery at the provided address. Correios makes 3 delivery attempts. If no one is available to receive the package, it will be taken to the nearest Correios branch, where it must be picked up within 7 calendar days. If the package is not picked up within this period, it will be returned to the sender. In this case, a new shipping fee will be charged for resending the package.
All delivery attempts and instructions regarding the Correios branch where the package can be picked up will be available in the order's tracking information, which can be monitored on the Correios website using the tracking number provided by Volaia.
3.3. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Volaia is not responsible for any incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. If the address is incorrect or incomplete, the package will be returned to the sender, and no further delivery attempts will be made.
If delivery fails due to incorrect address information, the customer will not be entitled to a refund. A new shipping fee of $ 20 (covering the shipping cost and fee) will be required for the product to be reshipped.
3.4. Taxed Products
In the case of any customs or postal fees (such as handling or inspection fees), these will be the responsibility of the customer. The new importation model requires that all international packages are subject to potential tax charges.
